Sourceworx is seeking a motivated AI Intern for a 6-month internship based in Hyde Park, Gauteng, South Africa. This role is part of a strategic initiative to build internal AI capacity by working on innovative AI-focused projects that drive operational efficiency and automation. The internship offers hands-on experience with Microsoft AI Fundamentals and Agent Development, providing an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to enhance their skills in a real-world environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in internal AI projects aligned with Sourceworx’s AI Strategy.
  • Complete Microsoft AI Fundamentals and Agent Development training modules.
  • Collaborate with team members to apply machine learning and deep learning concepts.
  • Present project outcomes and learning insights to the team.
  • Contribute to the development and testing of AI-driven solutions.
  • Engage in regular mentor and project lead feedback sessions.

Candidate Requirements

  • Recent graduate with certification in an AI-related training programme.
  • Based in Johannesburg or surrounding areas.
  • Strong foundational understanding of AI concepts.
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to team-based projects.
  • Ability to complete an AI-focused aptitude and personality assessment via TestGorilla.

Duration: 6-month internship with potential for full-time employment based on performance.

Stipend: R5,000.00/month.
