Key Responsibilities
- Providing HIV Testing Services (HTS) in communities and workplaces
- Supporting pregnant women through health initiatives
- Conducting HIV, TB, and STI screening and referrals
- Offering risk reduction counselling
- Obtaining informed consent before testing
- Performing finger-prick HIV rapid tests
- Recording and managing daily service data
- Submitting outreach reports according to procedures
- Promoting Voluntary Medical Male Circumcision (VMMC)
- Encouraging HIV prevention methods, including lubricant use
