About the Role
As a FirstJob learner, you will contribute to various business activities while receiving training and guidance. Typical day-to-day tasks include:
- Research and analysis
- Administration and reporting
- Process improvement support
- Project coordination and execution
This role allows you to add value to your business area while developing key skills and competencies.

Minimum Requirements
- Completed diploma or degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, Law, Information Security, Computer Science, or Human Resources
- Between the ages of 18 and 34
- Unemployed for at least six months at the date of application
- South African citizen
- No prior permanent employment or participation in a learnership programme
- Not registered for any current studies
- No prior work experience within the FirstRand Group
