Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates will undergo a technical exercise and a managerial competency assessment, which will evaluate their strategic capacity, leadership, people management, and other core competencies.

Successful candidates will be subject to a pre-employment screening process, including criminal, credit, citizenship checks, and verification of educational qualifications. A probation period of 12 months will apply, and candidates will be required to sign a performance agreement.
