Requirements
Education and Technical Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
- Experience with End User Computing environments using Windows desktops/laptops (Windows 7+) and Apple iOS mobile devices.
- Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Office 365, PowerApps, and mobile computing devices is advantageous.
- Industry certifications such as ITIL, PMP, and familiarity with ServiceNow tools are a plus.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality service delivery with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Project management experience is beneficial.
