IT Service Delivery Intern – Rosslyn

As an IT Service Delivery Intern at Corteva, you will be the voice in the conversation about the future of agriculture by providing multi-channel IT support and ensuring seamless technology experiences for employees. You will assist in managing local IT infrastructure, supporting system implementations, and driving user adoption of IT solutions. Your role will involve resolving technical issues, collaborating on projects, and acting as a super user to deliver reliable IT services that empower teams and enhance productivity.

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Infrastructure & Technology Expert: Execute local IT operations including infrastructure, computing, end-user computing, and telecom support. Assist local field services and implement IT systems and projects.
  • Builder: Collaborate with employees to identify technology solutions enhancing user experience. Monitor KPIs and user satisfaction, driving improvements. Promote the adoption of multi-channel service desk tools and align IT operational processes.
  • Operator: Serve as super user delivering user training, change management, and IT communications. Act as escalation point resolving issues across IT teams. Manage PC setups, user queries, and support ticket resolution.
  • Knowledge Management: Create and update knowledge articles and training materials. Support IT communications and change management activities.

Key Stakeholders

Your collaboration will span local employees, regional IT operations, global IT support functions, field service teams, project managers, and external vendors, ensuring efficient delivery of IT services and solutions.
