The Companies & Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC), a member of the dtic, is excited to announce the re-advertisement of its Graduate Internship Programme for Facilities Management. This programme is dedicated to youth skills development by offering unemployed graduates the opportunity to gain valuable work experience that complements their academic studies. The internship will last for a period of 24 months and will be based in our Sunnyside Office in Pretoria.
What is an Internship?
As outlined by the Cabinet in December 2002, an internship is a public service graduate work experience programme aimed at unemployed graduates. This initiative provides students with workplace experience, allowing them to practice the skills they have learned during their studies.
Beneficiaries of the Internship Programme
- Unemployed South African graduates from higher education institutions who have completed their degrees or diplomas.
- Unemployed graduates who have not been exposed to any work experience.
- Unemployed graduates who have never participated in the Internship programme.
- Applicants must be between the ages of 18 to 35 years old.
Remuneration
Interns will receive a stipend of R12,000.00 per month. Successful applicants will be required to sign a Graduate Internship Programme Agreement.
