Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience working on an organic pomegranate farm.
- Practical knowledge of organic pest control methods, including organic pesticides, fungal sprays, and organic fertilizers.
- Ability to scout for pests and diseases and accurately identify common agricultural pests.
- Experience with post-harvest handling including cold storage management, sorting, grading, and pomegranate deseeding processes (advantageous).
- Working knowledge and experience in organic cultivation of avocado, Cape gooseberry, granadilla, and lemons.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a farm team.
