Requirements
The Mpumalanga Department of Health is seeking qualified candidates with the following credentials:
- Senior Certificate / Grade 12 plus Diploma or Degree (NQF Level 6/7) in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Public Administration, or Public Management as recognized by SAQA.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Human Resource Development at supervisory or management level (Level 7/8).
- Valid driver’s licence.
Duties
- Coordinate the implementation of learnership and internship programs.
- Implement the professional development programme.
- Facilitate the identification of mentors and create a nurturing environment for interns and learners.
- Conduct induction programs for interns and learners.
- Develop the Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR).
- Manage allocated resources for the sub-directorate.
