Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities through conversational phone outreach to warm leads
  • Present and sell digital education and e-commerce products
  • Close deals and manage prospects throughout the sales process
  • Log daily outreach activity in the internal system, with a minimum of 30 contacts per day
  • Meet weekly and monthly KPIs to unlock higher commission rates

Products You Will Sell

  • Masterclass – R150
  • Paid Community (Recurring Subscription) – R350/month
  • Store Builds – R2,500 to R5,000
  • Accredited Education Courses – R1,500 per course

Commission & Earnings

  • 10% commission on all collected revenue
  • 13% commission when KPIs are consistently achieved
  • On-target earnings (OTE): R6,500 – R19,500+ per month
  • Recurring income from subscription-based products
  • Commission unlocked only when daily KPIs are met consistently
