The Africa Matters Future Pathways Program is specifically designed for Mastercard Foundation Scholars and alumni of the African Leadership Academy (ALA) and African Leadership University (ALU). It empowers participants to strengthen their leadership and professional skills while gaining access to career opportunities within their local ecosystems.
