The Truworths learnership program offers individuals the chance to be cross-trained, enabling them to operate effectively on both the sales floor and the service desk within a retail outlet. This role focuses on working directly with customers and managing stock efficiently.

Participants will gain valuable experience in retail operations, enhancing their skills in customer service and stock management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate on the sales floor assisting customers with product selections.
  • Manage the service desk, handling customer inquiries and transactions.
  • Assist with stock control and inventory management.
  • Complete required logbooks and prepare for assessments.
  • Demonstrate competency as a cross-trained sales consultant.
