The learnership is specifically ideal for a male candidate with a disability who is eager to gain structured theoretical training alongside hands-on workplace experience while completing a nationally recognised qualification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in structured training sessions and assessments
  • Develop a business idea and business plan
  • Conduct market research and feasibility studies
  • Assist with day-to-day business operations
  • Apply entrepreneurial, financial, and marketing principles
  • Complete all required portfolio of evidence and assessments

Requirements

Desired Experience & Qualifications

  • South African citizen
  • Approximately 45 years of age
  • Minimum Grade 10; Grade 12 preferred
  • Unemployed at the time of appointment
  • Interest in entrepreneurship and business development
  • Good communication and basic numeracy skills
