Consulting Applications Intern – Woodmead, South Africa
Oracle is offering a 12-month Consulting Applications Internship program starting 1 April 2025. This opportunity is open to graduates who have not previously participated in an internship or held a permanent role for over 12 months. Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups in line with the Employment Equity Act 1998.
Purpose of the Role
The Consulting Applications Intern will develop into a skilled consultant specializing in Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud (HCM). Interns will gain theoretical knowledge and apply it practically through real-world projects and tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements and build consensus around business processes and design
- Communicate Oracle’s HCM capabilities effectively to clients
- Maintain consistent rapport with client experts
- Design and configure Oracle HCM application solutions
- Acquire certifications to enhance foundational knowledge
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum Qualification: B.Com in Human Resources
- Desirable Qualification: B.Com in Human Resources (Honors)
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and passion for learning
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with advanced presentation abilities
- Basic knowledge of HR business processes is advantageous
- Interest in a career in Technology
