Completed or nearing completion of an accredited Masterโs degree in Education or Counselling Psychology (coursework completion time will not be granted during the internship).
An individualised internship program approved by the Professional Board for Psychology by December 2026.
Registration with HPCSA as an intern Psychologist no later than January 2027.
Experience in supervised therapeutic interventions and psychological assessments.
Willingness and ability to work across multiple Nova Pioneer campuses.
Capacity to travel as necessary for internship duties.
An empathetic approach with a genuine passion for student success and wellbeing.
Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate therapeutic techniques.
Team-oriented mindset with excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using technology to support instruction and psychological services.
