Key Responsibilities
TFG (The Foschini Group) is seeking an HR intern to provide efficient first-time service completion of administration delivery while ensuring a superior service experience. The role requires strict adherence to SLA’s and quality standards across various HR administrative functions.
- Process all relevant administration across HR functions including Employee Relations support
- Assist with Talent Acquisition, Capability Development, Leadership, Performance, and Transformation administrative tasks
- Provide general administrative support across HR areas such as Organisational Development, Employee Engagement, Well-being, Reward, and Benefits
- Perform validation and compliance checks of HR Connect workflows
Qualifications and Experience
- Relevant HR qualification – Degree or National Diploma
- A keen interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
Skills
- Excellent administration skills with the ability to handle large volumes of data in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service oriented and enjoys engaging with people
- Committed team player
