Beaufort West Municipality, located in the Western Cape province of South Africa with a population of approximately 49,586 (2011), is inviting applications for an internship programme within its Infrastructure Services Department. Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
- National Diploma in Civil Engineering, Town Planning Certificate, Building Science, N5 Building, or any related civil/building field with Matric (Grade 12)
- Clear criminal record verified by South African Police Service (SAPS)
- Age between 20 and 40 years
- Currently unemployed
- Must reside within the Beaufort West Municipal Area
- Proof of residential address required via SAPS Address Confirmation or a letter from ward councillor
- Valid South African ID book/card
Shortlisted candidates will be required to undergo a written diagnostic assessment conducted by the Beaufort West Municipal Infrastructure Services Department under Planning, Design, and Building Control.
