Our mission is to recruit talented youth and provide specialized training that transforms them into proficient backend developers within a 16-month program, utilizing our tailored curriculum and innovative learning system.
Recruitment: At WeThinkCode, we actively seek young individuals who demonstrate a strong aptitude for a career in software development. Our focus is on offering opportunities to youth with no prior coding experience, ensuring that we nurture raw talent and potential.
Training: WeThinkCode equips South African youth with the skills necessary to become world-class software developers. Our training emphasizes market-relevant programming skills and work readiness competencies, all fostered within a dynamic and engaging learning environment.
Placement: Our goal is to ensure that every participant leaves WeThinkCode with a job and an accredited qualification in systems development. We are proud to report that 91% of our graduates have successfully secured permanent employment.
