Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional pharmaceutical care and accurate dispensing in compliance with South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC) regulations and Good Pharmacy Practice.
- Manage stock effectively, maintain a clean and organized dispensary, and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
- Drive customer service initiatives to enhance customer experience and increase club card participation.
- Collaborate with clinic and healthcare aisle teams to offer comprehensive healthcare solutions.
- Promote Clicks’ brand values and position the pharmacy as the preferred destination for health and beauty needs.
Job Knowledge and Skills Required
- Strong understanding of SAPC regulations and legal pharmacy requirements.
