Water Wastewater Reticulation Learnership Program

Job Description

Rand Water is one of the largest water utilities globally, providing potable water of superior quality to approximately 12 million people in South Africa’s economic heartland. Established in 1903, Rand Water has maintained a proud history of consistently supplying water to a rapidly growing economy. Johannesburg, unlike many major cities, is not situated on or near a sustainable river or dam, which has necessitated innovative engineering solutions over the years to meet water supply challenges.

Rand Water focuses on employment creation and supports economic sectors by significantly enhancing the production of relevant, scarce, and critical skills. This commitment aligns with the pillars of the National Skills Development Strategy III, ensuring the development of a skilled workforce to meet current and future demands.
