Discover Graduate Programme
This is a permanent employment opportunity underpinned by a 2-year skills training programme specifically designed for the development of future leaders. Applicants need to have completed at least their undergraduate degree or degree equivalent by the end of 2025. The start date for the programme is 1st February 2026.
The Programme offers graduates a well-rounded experience of our business, including mentorship and coaching, on-the-job training, all while earning a full salary and enjoying the benefits of a full-time employee. At the end of the 2 years, you will transition into a destination role within the organization. Following the successful completion of your graduate programme, there will be opportunities to apply for more stretch assignments locally and internationally outside of your comfort zone to build your expertise and leadership capability.
Vodacom Internship Programme
The Vodacom Internship programme is a 12-month fixed-term contract that provides workplace experience underpinned by a carefully designed training programme. It allows participants to gain valuable work experience, explore career paths, and network with professionals in the field, all while earning an income.
This programme serves as our pipeline into the Vodacom Discover Graduate Programme or transitions into permanent roles as opportunities arise. Applicants need to have completed at least their undergraduate degree or degree equivalent by the end of 2025. Start dates are 1 February and 1 March 2026.
Requirements:
- South African Citizen by Birth
- Must be 26 years old or younger.
- Must have a Degree (BCom, BSc, or B-Tech) – Any field
- Your Degree must be NQF 7 or higher
Please note: An NQF 6 (3-year National Diploma) will be considered in the following areas only: Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Computer Software Engineering, and Information Systems/Information Technology.
