Located in Brits, this role involves directly reporting to the Production Foreman, where you will deep-dive into the tire assembly process. Aiming to meet specific safety and production standards, this program will instill you with invaluable experience within an industrial environment.
Responsibilities:
– Conducting risk assessments on all equipment.
– Upholding a high standard of cleanliness and organization (3S) within your work area.
– Ensuring all machine controls are operational and well-maintained.
– Efficiently managing disposables and returns, including empty spools and trolleys.
– Organizing and storing raw covers appropriately.
– Assisting in the replenishment of machine solutions.
– Collaborating effectively within a team to achieve production targets set by the learnership program.
Requirements:
– Completion of Grade 12 or possess an N3-N5 Certificate.
– Proficiency in Mathematics (Pure Maths) and/or Physical Science.
