Key Responsibilities
- Documentation Management: Receive, print, verify, and validate learner documentation.
- Data Capture: Ensure quality-checked learner documentation is compliant and submit it for approval.
- Scanning and Filing: Scan verified documents and maintain electronic and manual filing systems.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate registration outcomes and anomalies to stakeholders.
- Administration: Efficiently manage learner records and ensure all files are correctly labeled and filed.
- Sample Preparation: Prepare samples for DHET, AG, IA, and QMR and manage their return.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings, prepare detailed minutes, and manage travel requests.
- Support and Reporting: Assist in process improvements, compile reports, and validate contracts.
- Policy Development: Support the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Educational Qualifications and Work Experience
- Minimum Requirement: Matric and National Diploma in Public Administration, Public Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: 1-2 years of project management experience; experience in a SETA learning programmes environment is advantageous.
