CATHSSETA: Admin Officer/ Internships

Key Responsibilities

  • Documentation Management: Receive, print, verify, and validate learner documentation.
  • Data Capture: Ensure quality-checked learner documentation is compliant and submit it for approval.
  • Scanning and Filing: Scan verified documents and maintain electronic and manual filing systems.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate registration outcomes and anomalies to stakeholders.
  • Administration: Efficiently manage learner records and ensure all files are correctly labeled and filed.
  • Sample Preparation: Prepare samples for DHET, AG, IA, and QMR and manage their return.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings, prepare detailed minutes, and manage travel requests.
  • Support and Reporting: Assist in process improvements, compile reports, and validate contracts.
  • Policy Development: Support the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Educational Qualifications and Work Experience

  • Minimum Requirement: Matric and National Diploma in Public Administration, Public Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of project management experience; experience in a SETA learning programmes environment is advantageous.
