Job Description
AVBOB, in partnership with INSETA, is offering a twelve (12) months Long Term Insurance Unemployed Learnership programme, NQF Level 4, with 140 credits. This learnership is a structured work-based learning opportunity that combines theoretical training through an accredited provider with practical workplace experience, leading to a registered qualification.

Key Criteria
- Willingness to work at AVBOB offices in various provinces/branches.
- Possession of a valid Matric certificate.
- Completed Matric subjects must include English, Maths / Maths Literacy / Accounting.
- Age between 18 and 35 years.
- No previous learnerships attended.
- Not currently registered with any academic institution or engaged in other studies.
- Reliable mode of transportation is essential.
- Smartphone or laptop is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills required.
- Basic computer skills including MS Office, email, and internet usage are advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
- Must be a South African citizen.
Requirements and Benefits
- A monthly stipend allowance will be paid to learners for the duration of the learnership.
- AVBOB reserves the right to determine learner placement.
- Preference will be given to suitably qualified individuals from previously disadvantaged groups.
