Key Responsibilities
- Gain cross-trained experience as a sales consultant in multiple store functions
- Merchandising and stock control
- Maintain store neatness and visual appeal
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Use store systems professionally
- Maintain calm and professionalism in all situations
- Display merchandise correctly following store layout guidelines
- Apply Merchandise Best Practice (MBP) principles
- Assist customers on the sales floor
- Ensure store safety and security
- Complete at least 120 working hours as part of the programme
- Prepare for and complete learnership assessments
Qualifications and Requirements
- Completed Grade 10
- Passion for fashion and retail
- Willingness to work with customers
- Commitment to learning and completing assessments
- Person living with a disability (programme focus)
- No prior work experience required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Desire to build a long-term career in retail
