### About the Job: Trainee Manager (Cashbuild Internal Applications Only)
As a Trainee Manager at Cashbuild, you will play a crucial role in protecting and growing profitable market share within a store, aligning with the overall store, division, and company strategy. This position requires strong leadership and management skills to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
### Requirements
– **Education**: Grade 12 with at least 2 years of retail management experience.
– **Licenses**: Valid driver’s license and valid ID or work permit (local).
– **Skills**:
– Strong accounting skills.
– Ability to work under pressure.
– Basic computer literacy.
– Strong leadership and administrative skills.
– Own transport and cell phone.
– Knowledge of Health and Safety aspects in line with local (OHSA) and/or neighboring countries’ legislation.
### Key Responsibilities
#### Customer Service and Asset Control
– Ensure high standards of customer service.
– Manage stock, cash, and fixed assets effectively.
– Uphold human resource management and store safety standards (OHSA).
#### Strategic Management
– Assist the Store Manager in developing and implementing a Store Business Plan that aligns with company strategy.
– Help achieve growth in market share and sales budgets by category.
– Promote customer loyalty programs and manage advertising material distribution.
