Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the safe and efficient running of train operations.
- Maintain high safety standards during service delivery.
- Engage in the investigation of operational incidents.
- Strictly adhere to established safety rules and procedures.
- Support train drivers in operational and safety tasks.
- Provide service information and assistance to passengers.
- Ensure the security of all passengers onboard.
- Conduct ticket inspections during train journeys.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Eligibility and Requirements:
- Must have completed Grade 12.
- Hold a valid driver’s license.
- Willing to undergo psychometric assessments and medical evaluations.
- Fluent in English
- No previous experience required.
