This opportunity is perfect for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Graduate to join the Huggies team. Ideal candidates include recent graduates or early-career marketers passionate about brands, consumers, and delivering effective marketing projects. You will support the team with data analysis, digital marketing, campaign execution, and day-to-day project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand & Campaign Support: Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns for the Huggies portfolio. Coordinate with agencies, cross-functional teams, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials. Support brand planning through insights gathering and presentation preparation.
- Digital Marketing: Manage digital assets and content across platforms including social, web, CRM, and e-commerce. Monitor and report digital campaign performance, providing insights and areas for improvement. Support community management and social listening activities as required.
- Data & Insights: Analyze market performance, consumer data, and category trends to aid brand decision-making. Prepare regular performance dashboards and summaries (e.g., Nielsen, Kantar, internal sales). Support post-campaign analysis and reporting.
- Project Management: Coordinate timelines, track projects, and manage stakeholder follow-ups. Support budget tracking, purchase order creation, and invoice processing. Ensure organization and updating of brand materials and assets.
- Administrative & Team Support: Assist with meeting preparations, research, documentation, and coordinate product sampling, photoshoots, and other brand activities.
This role includes maintaining equipment associated with production, packaging, and distribution through preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance, supporting Kimberly-Clark’s expansion to produce premium products essential worldwide.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related field.
- 0–2 years experience in marketing, FMCG, or digital roles; internships are welcomed.
- Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with digital marketing fundamentals, including paid media, content, SEO/SEM basics.
- Knowledge of consumer insights and marketing frameworks/brand building concepts.
