Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting in Administrative Tasks:
- Scheduling meetings
- Preparing documents
- Maintaining files
- Organizing HR-related materials
- Assist the HR Consultant with Recruitment Related Duties:
- Participate in recruitment activities
- Coordinate interview schedules
- Assist with candidate communications
- HR Policies and Procedures:
- Facilitate coordination and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures
- Learning and Growth:
- Actively seek opportunities to learn and grow within the HR field
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned to develop HR skills and knowledge
Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant HR qualification (Degree or National Diploma)
- Keen interest in pursuing a career in HR
Skills:
- Excellent administration skills for managing large volumes of data in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly proficiency in Excel
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
