Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology, or related fields.
  • Interest and enthusiasm for talent acquisition, recruitment, and HR practices.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital tools for attracting talent.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Prior internship or project experience in HR or recruitment is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Preference will be given to candidates from communities where Globeleq operates in South Africa.
