Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology, or related fields.
- Interest and enthusiasm for talent acquisition, recruitment, and HR practices.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital tools for attracting talent.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Prior internship or project experience in HR or recruitment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Preference will be given to candidates from communities where Globeleq operates in South Africa.
