Qualifications
- Matric or equivalent
- Additional qualifications related to retail/business will be advantageous
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Two to four years of retail experience as a Shop Assistant
- One year of retail supervisory experience is advantageous
- Computer literacy
- Energetic and a self-starter
- Outstanding merchandise management, stock, and cost control skills
- Strong focus on customer service
- Ability to maintain high store standards
- Leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal); competency in a second language is a definite advantage
