Qualifications

  • Matric or equivalent
  • Additional qualifications related to retail/business will be advantageous

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Two to four years of retail experience as a Shop Assistant
  • One year of retail supervisory experience is advantageous
  • Computer literacy
  • Energetic and a self-starter
  • Outstanding merchandise management, stock, and cost control skills
  • Strong focus on customer service
  • Ability to maintain high store standards
  • Leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal); competency in a second language is a definite advantage
