Key Responsibilities
As a Security Officer Level 3, your duties will include:
- Safeguarding state assets, vehicles, employees, patients, and contractors.
- Monitoring and controlling the movement of patients and visitors.
- Rendering escort services to staff members, visitors, and patients when necessary.
- Reporting all incidents and breaches in the Occurrences Book.
- Conducting searches of people and vehicles.
- Enforcing departmental policies.
- Assisting nursing staff in handling aggressive patients if required.
- Managing hospital security aids and monitoring CCTV surveillance cameras.
- Quickly responding to emergencies in the hospital.
