Responsibilities
The Client Service Consultant Communication Centre is expected to achieve the following outcomes:
- Deliver the highest level of client service to all clients, including internal stakeholders, Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), and investors.
- Assist clients with investment administration queries.
- Provide investment and product information to IFAs and investors.
- Participate in ad-hoc client services projects.
