Job Description

Tradam Transformation Solutions is excited to announce a Sales Internship Programme in the Motor Retail Industry located in Cape Town (Cape Town City, Constantia). This 12-month fixed-term internship is set to commence on 01 November 2025, offering a monthly stipend of R10,000.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage prospective customers in the showroom and via leads.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable vehicles, features, and finance options.
  • Conduct vehicle presentations and arrange test drives.
  • Negotiate pricing, trade-ins, and financing in line with dealership guidelines.
  • Ensure accurate and compliant sales documentation.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business.
  • Stay current on product knowledge, competitor offerings, and market trends.
  • Maintain a professional showroom appearance and customer experience.
  • Promote value-added services (insurance, warranties, accessories, service plans).
  • Accurately capture and update customer info in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • NQF 6 diploma or degree in sales or marketing is required.
  • 1–2 years of proven vehicle sales experience (new or used).
  • Valid driver’s license (Code 8 / Code B).
  • Computer literate (MS Office, CRM systems).
  • Knowledge of vehicle financing, insurance, and registration is advantageous.
