Key Responsibilities

  • Engage prospective candidates within Life Sciences, Renewable Energy, and Technology sectors to communicate Impel Talent’s mission and services.
  • Conduct outreach using phone, email, and LinkedIn to initiate genuine conversations instead of scripted messages.
  • Present leadership development programs and the Impel Connect platform (www.impeltalent.com/connect) to support professional growth.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their goals, challenges, and aspirations to connect them with appropriate opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior recruiters and account managers to assist with client projects and recruitment processes.
  • Support recruitment activities including market mapping, candidate database management, advert writing, search design, and lead generation.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for candidates, offering empathetic guidance throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure continuous follow-up for a seamless candidate and client experience.
  • Enhance community engagement by sharing updates and success stories via Impel Connect and social media channels.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 0–2 years experience in sales, recruitment, HR, or related fields.
  • Confident communicator who enjoys building authentic connections.
  • Curious mindset with a strong interest in understanding people’s stories.
  • Empathetic and people-centric with genuine care for helping others succeed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized, reliable, and capable of managing time effectively.
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, HubSpot/CRM systems, and AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot.
  • Creative thinker with an eagerness to discover new ways to connect and share ideas.
  • Self-starter able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
