– Assisting and ensuring that cooked product recipe testing is conducted accurately using the appropriate equipment.
– Ensuring correct storage of cooked product recipes and maintaining traceability.
– Assisting in flavor and sensory analysis of expired colors and flavors for potential shelf-life extension.
#### 3) Lab Operating and Maintenance
– Maintaining global lab standards, including cleanliness, organization, and application of good practices (GMPs).
– Managing raw materials and ingredients, including stock follow-up, orders to production, and picking lists.
– Upholding a high standard of organization, ensuring “everything is in its place.”
– Being open to training on how to operate lab equipment and specified apparatus.
#### 4) Compliance and Additional Tasks
– Complying with applicable compliance guidelines.
– Performing any other tasks necessary for the conduct of the business as directed by the employer.
– Committing to act according to key management principles and a safety-first culture.
– Familiarizing oneself with current market trends pertaining to R&D.
## Desired Experience & Qualifications
– Diploma or Degree in Food Technology, Biotechnology, or Biochemistry.
– Age Requirement: 18 – 34 years.
