LeadQuarters is seeking a motivated Sales Trainee to join our fast-growing team. As a business development platform specializing in automated outreach and B2B lead generation, we empower companies to connect with decision-makers through personalized LinkedIn and email campaigns. This fully remote internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Platforms: Manage Upwork and other platforms by creating listings, identifying potential projects, handling inquiries, and submitting applications.
- Proposals: Draft and adapt personalized proposals for potential clients, ensuring alignment with their needs.
- Follow-up: Conduct follow-up activities via emails and calls for existing and new leads.
- Customer Relationship: Engage with clients for support requests and upsell opportunities, contributing to long-term relationships.
Requirements
- Ongoing studies or first experience in Business Development, Sales, hospitality, tourism, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, structured and proactive.
- Curiosity for digital tools, automation, and sales systems.
- Availability for at least a 6-month internship period.
Conditions
- The role is an internship with a fixed compensation of $100 at 50% or $200 at 100% and a performance-based bonus.
