Your Duties and Tasks
- Answer phones and emails promptly and professionally
- Complete entry-level bookkeeping tasks including recording expenses and organizing receipts
- Resolve billing issues with clients and internal teams
- Provide account access, usage reports, data analysis, and ad hoc support requests
- Support quality assurance checks on internal and client-facing reporting
- Organize new client contracts, create invoices, and process payments
- Maintain internal databases through data entry and upkeep
- Research, order, and distribute company-wide gifts 2-3 times annually
- Organize company events, competitions, and special projects
- Facilitate company holiday, time off, and schedule variation calendars
You Should Have
- Willingness to learn, grow, and collaborate with the team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of discretion, ethics, and trustworthiness
- Intermediate spreadsheet skills preferred
- Innovative thinking with openness to improving existing methods
- Experience in bookkeeping or financial record keeping preferred
- Familiarity with Google Sheets or Excel, QuickBooks Online, and G-Suite preferred
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST
- Reliable remote workspace with fast computer, quality internet, camera, microphone, and speakers
