The programme serves as a gateway to a multitude of careers. Depending on your academic background and passion, you will gain exposure to opportunities within our asset and property management operational divisions, or within our specialist functions such as Marketing, Legal, Finance, Human Resources, and more.
Requirements:
- Be a South African citizen.
- Hold a Grade 12 certificate and a completed tertiary qualification (undergraduate or postgraduate).
- Have NO other tertiary studies or formal employment planned for the 2026 academic year.
- Have NOT completed any previous learnerships.
- Be willing to reside in Johannesburg for the entire duration of the programme.
