Qualifications and Skills
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program such as Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Passion for the cruise industry and understanding of luxury cruise ship recruitment challenges.
