Key Responsibilities
- Typing and formatting CVs with accuracy, ensuring alignment with company standards
- Conducting professional and confidential reference checks
- Providing office support such as interview scheduling and managing candidate correspondence
- Maintaining records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensuring data compliance
- Assisting with drafting and updating job descriptions and templates
- Supporting team initiatives to improve candidate experience, including fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI)
- Collaborating on special projects and assignments
- Assisting with candidate sourcing, screening, and selection
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills
- Degree in HR, Business, Industrial Psychology, or related field
- 0–2 years’ experience in recruitment, HR, or client service
- Strong administrative and communication skills with a willingness to learn recruitment processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is advantageous
- Highly organised, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Commitment to confidentiality and ethical recruitment practices
