Job Description
We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant Intern for 12 months. As a Recruitment Consultant Intern, you’ll play a key role in supporting our recruitment processes, business development, and tender management while developing your skills in the HR industry.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and shortlisting candidates
- Support recruitment processes and administrative tasks
- Develop knowledge of recruitment best practices
- Collaborate with team members to achieve recruitment goals
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any HR-related field
- No experience required – fresh graduates welcome!
- Based in the East Rand area
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-spoken and articulate
- Attention to detail and organized
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Goal-driven and motivated
