PwC Reward Academy Graduate Internship Programme 2025
The Reward Academy is a transformative three-year program designed to develop talented individuals into top-tier reward consultants. Participants will gain hands-on experience with leading companies across South Africa, working within high-performing teams to tackle complex reward and remuneration challenges. By the conclusion of this program, you will be equipped to engage with C-suite clients on a variety of reward-related matters.
By the end of the program, you will possess the skills necessary to advise C-suite clients, supported by your expertise in strategy, analytics, communication, and organization.
Locations: Johannesburg and Cape Town
What You’ll Do:
You will learn on the job, focusing on the following tasks:
- Collecting remuneration data and conducting market research
- Benchmarking executive and non-executive remuneration
- Building financial models to guide pay decisions
- Analyzing and optimizing reward structures to align with strategy, regulation, and market trends
- Delivering impactful reports and advice to leading clients
- Supporting client proposals, marketing efforts, and thought leadership initiatives
Requirements:
- A completed tertiary qualification (BCom, BSc, or similar)
- SA citizen or permanent resident
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- A proactive, client-focused mindset with excellent organizational abilities
