### Staff Solutions – Purchasing Intern

We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Intern to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various purchasing administration activities, ensuring data integrity, and supporting the procurement process.

#### Key Responsibilities:
– Creating Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP.
– Loading suppliers in IBR and SAP.
– Assuring requisition data integrity in IBR and SAP.
– Performing purchasing administration activities.
– Understanding the Procure to Pay process.
– Demonstrating good computer skills, particularly in MS Word.

#### Job Requirements:
– Matric certificate.
– NDip or Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing Management & Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, or an Administrative degree.
– Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong MS Word skills.
– Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous.
