About the Role
As a Product Research Intern, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of AI-driven learning at Filo. Your responsibilities will include investigating how students engage with educational content and uncovering the sources, patterns, and opportunities behind user-generated questions. Your research will inform product decisions that leverage AI to enhance learning outcomes, personalization, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- AI-Driven Product Insights: Analyze user behavior and question patterns to uncover how AI can better understand student intent and learning gaps.
- Usage Behavior Research: Explore how students in your college and peer circles use AI tools (including Filo and others) for homework, doubt-solving, and exam preparation.
- Student Needs Mapping: Understand real-life educational challenges faced by students and how they turn to AI for support—insights that can improve product relevance and usability.
