Six Sense Consulting is partnering with a well-established short term insurer seeking to appoint a Procurement Intern for a 24 month contract. This internship provides practical experience and a comprehensive introduction to procurement, including procurement processes, travel management, contract management, sourcing strategies, and invoice processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with procurement processes and procedures
- Support travel management activities
- Participate in contract management and supplier engagement
- Learn and apply sourcing strategies
- Invoice processing and documentation management

Requirements
Qualifications
- Matric certificate
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related qualification
- A Degree or Postgraduate qualification is advantageous
- Certifications such as CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply) are advantageous
Experience
No prior experience is required; however, candidates should demonstrate professionalism, hard work, and the ability to learn quickly.
