Procurement Intern – Envision Energy

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support the Procurement Department with administrative tasks. This internship offers hands-on experience in procurement processes and is ideal for individuals looking to start their careers in supply chain or administrative roles.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
- Relevant diploma/degree or equivalent
- Approximately 1 year of relevant experience (advantageous)

- Familiarity with BBBEE codes and their application in a procurement context

Duties (include but not limited to)
- Sourcing and supplier management
- Support with RFQs
- Contribute to supplier relationship management
- Support daily procurement operations, including processing purchase orders, managing invoices, and expediting deliveries
- Maintain and update supplier database, including compliance documents
- Assist in maintaining accurate procurement records, contracts registers, and documentation
- Utilize procurement systems (SAP / SAP Ariba / PEGA) for vendor creation and contract administration
- Engage in continuous professional development opportunities in procurement practices
