The PPB COO Graduate Internship Programme is tailored for recent unemployed graduates seeking to start their careers in a high-performance environment. This 12-month fixed-term programme provides structured, on-the-job experiential learning within Absa’s Personal and Private Banking Chief Operating Office (PPB COO), a dynamic and strategically critical function.

Qualifications
- Completed NQF Level 7 qualification or higher in one of the following fields:
- Forensic Science & Technology / Criminology
- Risk Management
- BCom General Mathematics / Applied Mathematics
- Data Analytics / Data Science
- Strategy / Strategic Management
- BCom Informatics
- Project Management
- Business Analysis
- Previous work experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, and Management Studies is required
