Position Title: Graduate (Master Data Coordinator)
Location: Cape Town or Kempton Park (Gauteng).
Job Responsibilities
- Creation and maintenance of new master data records adhering to SOPs and standard source documents.
- Efficient digital and ERP filing of source document information.
- Regular updates to existing master data records following established SOPs.
- Safe retirement of outdated master data records, ensuring SOP compliance.
- Manage updates and queries within requisite SLAs to support business users.
- Maintain effective communication across all levels of staff and management.
- Proactively engage in team activities and support coworkers in various data-related projects.
Requirements for Applicants
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- A valid Driver’s License.
- Familiarity with data protection laws such as POPIA / PAIA.
- Experience in ERP data management and business writing.
Ideal Qualifications
- Completion of any Data Management course or computer programming experience.
