We are seeking young, vibrant, and passionate graduates for our 12 to 18 months Internship Programme. These individuals will play an exciting role in our growth journey while advancing their careers within Pepkor Lifestyle, one of South Africa’s largest wholesale and retail groups.
The primary aim of this opportunity is to develop motivated and high-performing graduates who will bring their talent into the organization. Participants will receive structured workplace experience.

- Industrial Psychology
- Financial Management

- Business Information Technology
Learnership (W&R SETA funded)
- Must have Grade 12 / Senior Certificate (Matric or equivalent)
- Be a South African citizen
- Must have no criminal record
HR Graduate Internship
Degree or Diploma in:
- Human Resource Management
- Industrial Psychology
